Vanderbilt-Gladiator Project Partnership Moving Brain Cancer Care Forward

Because of Gladiator Project supporters, significant progress is happening now at Vanderbilt Health.

Thanks to the contributions of Gladiator Project under our $500,000 pledge and other generous donors, patients at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center have enrolled in a cutting-edge immunotherapy trial for recurrent glioblastoma, with additional trials opening soon for glioblastoma, meningioma, and IDH-mutant gliomas.

A major new milestone is also in place: Vanderbilt’s intraoperative MRI is now installed and helping surgeons see and remove more tumor while protecting healthy brain tissue. The technology also supports minimally invasive laser treatment.

Your donations are helping build the people, tools, and research infrastructure needed to turn promising ideas into real options for patients at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. With a growing team, new clinical trials, and plans for a dedicated neuro-oncology fellowship, your generosity is strengthening care today and discovery for tomorrow.

Thank you for standing with patients and families in the fight against brain cancer.
